Explanation:

When light travels obligly from one medium to another,it bends at the interface of the two medium. This bending of light is known as refraction.

Laws of refraction..

* The incident ray, the refracted ray and the normal at the point of incidence all three lie on the same plane.

* The ratio of sin of angel of incidence to the angel of refraction always remain constant for a given pair of media and for a given wavelength of light. It is also known as Snell's law.

hope it helps you...

Answer:

The bouncing back of light from a source is known as reflection of light.

Explanation:

. Law of reflection

1. Incident ray,Reflected ray and normal on lie in the same plane.

2. The angle of reflecting is equal to the angle of incident i.e. /_i =/_r.
