Differentiation of velocity gives linear acceleration.
The rate of change of angular velocity is called Angular acceleration.
The relation between these two can be calculated by the tangantial acceleration....

By above definitions...
angular acceleration and linear accelerations can also be related with tangential acceleration.
Because angular acceleration is not related to linear acceleration in most of the cases by the formule....
