Hi. Reproduction is the process of producing young ones of our own in order to prevent our species from becoming extinct or endangered. It is usually of two types: Sexual and Asexual. Sexual reproduction is that type of reproduction in which two parents are involved. It is usually observed in multicellular high organisms. Asexual reproduction is that in which only one parent is involved. It is usually seen in basic unicellular organisms such as Amoeba, Algae, Yeast, Hydra etc. Hope it helps.
