Ur question is not fully clear as u
have not mentioned, between which
points the eq. Resistance to be find.
Now,when a resistor of 20ohm is
made square, all four sides have
5ohm resistance of each.
If we have to find the eq.resistance
between diagonal then
Ek,resistance two consecutive sides will be in series I.e 5+5=10ohm
And the new. Of opposite sides are in
parallel I.e 1/Req=1/10+1/10
=>R eq.=5 ohm.
