A respect is that which we earn by our self. A respect is only earn by our behavior, qualities, merits, etc. It is not earn by beautiful face. Face is nothing. If someone appreciates us for our work it is respect. If someone makes smile on our face and can't see cry then it is respect. Respecting someone is also a moral values. One is beautiful by his/her merit not by his/her face. So, we should respect others and keep that value in us so everyone will respect us.
