Answer:

Basically reversible change is a change which can be reversed ( i.e can happen forward and backward ) And irreversible change is a change which can't be reversed ( i.e can only happen forward ).

For example :-

When your age increases, your height also increases but it can not be decreased . So it is a irreversible change.

When you heat ice, it become water but when you cool down the temperature of water it again becomes ice. So it is a reversible change.

There are various differences between reversible and irreversible changes on the basis of physical and chemical changes.
