IT IS THE ACT TO GET THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOTAL GOVERNMENT FUNDS BILLS ETC.... IT WAS STARTED IN 2002.it also consides fundamental rights

this was the landmark given in 2005, according to this act the people have to have the right to have information from any governmental body, the people has the right to ask from information and the answer should be provided in 30 months
