RIGHT TO SEEK REDRESSAL:                  

                  this right gives the consumer the right to seek compensation if the consumer is damaged by a product and the compensation according to the degree of damage .eg: if the safety valve of a cooker is not in proper condition and if that causes any damage to the consumers then they can seek compensation according to their damage

RIGHT TO REPRESENT:

                 this right give the consumers the right to represent themselves in consumer courts to seek compensation for the damage caused to them (if any). eg: take the same case as above , now the right of the consumer to represent themselves in the consumer court for compensation for their damage is the right to represent
