Q. What is "Rule of law "?

:- The term rule of law means that all laws apply equally to all citizen and no one is above the law. No one can be discriminated on the basis of their religion caste or gender. Any crime or violation of law has a specific punishment.

Example of violation of law :- driving a two wheeler in a helmet is a lot but people often violated this law.
