Hey, when a white spectrum (white light) comes from sun it scattered (bhikar) by the atmosphere particles(ozone,water vapour,Oxygen,e.t.c.)we know that white light is
made up of saven colours(VIBGYOR)in which violet,indigo,and blue colour have long wavelength so this is scattered by by air particles thus our sky looks us blue.When light scattered by certain objects this phenomenon is called scattering of light.
