formation of sperms takes place in testes.these are located outside the abdominal cavity in the scrotum because they require temperature less than normal temperature

the process by which the vasdeference in the male is blocked is known as vasectomy
if the fallopian tube is blocked it is known as tubectomy

scrotum is present in male reproductive system.
the abdominal cavity within a pouch in male reproductive system is scrotum
vasectomy is barrier method of pregnancy where the ends of vas deferens are sealed
tubectomy is also a barrier method where the fallopian ends were cutted and was sealed
