Ans .... It refers to discriminate policy of Central Bank related to selective sectors of economy...
Flow of money in certain sectors may encouraged with a production increasing...

This is a positive measure of credit control ...
By this in case of inflation govt restrict some major sectors to reduce money flow and in deflation loan % is increased in some particular sector to increase the money supply...
