What is Self-Management? How is it different from Management?
Answers
Self-management skills are those characteristics that help an employee to feel and be more productive in the workplace. Such skills as problem solving, resisting stress, communicating clearly, managing time, strengthening memory, and exercising often are all key examples of self-management skills.
Examples of self-management skills include self-confidence, persistence, resilience, patience, perceptiveness, and emotional regulation. These skills each allow you to strive for your goals, perform at work, and contribute to a healthy work environment for yourself and your co-workers.
according to my point of view, self-management is more important than management because we have to take first ourselves in keen observation then considered others management.
