Semen, also known as seminal fluid, is an organic fluid that may contain spermatozoa. It is secreted by the gonads and other sexual organs of male or hermaphroditic animals and can fertilize female ova.

Semen:

Semen is a fluid which is secreted from the gonads of the male species. This is grey in colour and it carries the spermatozoa, fructose and enzymes which are very useful to smooth the process of the fertilization and it helps to survive the sperm for the fertilization.

The white colour is for the presence of the huge protein in it and the slight grey colour due to the presence of the sperm in it.
