Seismograph is a device to monitor the movement on the ground to detect and record the earthquakes. The zigzag reading type produced in a seismograph is used to calculate the size of an earthquake which is the power of an earthquake. The earthquake can be detected by reading the seismograph. The larger zigzag type means larger the earthquake.
