Hello Mate,

A Sessions Court is a lesser court of law which exists in several democratic countries, including Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, and the United States of America. The session court is the highest criminal court in the district........

Hope this helps you......

hey frnd....
sessions court is having big powers than subordinate courts. it is the highest court of district.
Subordinate court judges have power to sentence jail upto 3 yrs ,and sessions court judge can sentence a life term and death penalty . Sessions court judge is like boss of District Subordinate court Judges aka Judicial Magistrate. i hope you understood ,
so, high court>>Session court>>Subordinate courts. ( in decreasing order of powers vested by court)

HOPE THIS HELP YOU ☺☺☺
