What is SHM?
Please explain?

Harsh23411o: it's simple harmonic motion
khareneha556: In mechanics and physics, simple harmonic motion is a special type of periodic motion or oscillation motion where the restoring force is directly proportional to the displacement and acts in the direction opposite to that of displacement.

The restoring force on oscillating body is directly proportional to its displacement from mean position and is always directed towards its mean position.

Ex:motion of pendulum.
