Difference between onion cell and bacterial cell is as follow
1. bacterial cells are prokaryotic various onion cells are Eukaryotic.
2. bacterial cells are most primitive organisms but onion cells are more advanced.
3. bacterial cells are surrounded by cell wall and onion cells are surrounded by definite rigid, protective called as cell wall
4. cell wall is made up of polysaccharides protein and lipids in bacterial cell but in onion cell it is made up of cellulose.
5. in bacterial cell nucleus is not well organised but in onion cell it is well organised.
6. in bacterial cell cell organelles are absent but in onion cell plastid chloroplast mitochondria and Golgi bodies are present.
7. in bacterial cell circular DNA is present in onion said it is present inside the nucleus with bounded by nuclear membrane.

Sorry bacteria cell has no similarity to the onion cell.They r different from each other . Because Bacteria cells are prokaryote, that is they have a lose gathering of genetic material and few organelles, ribosomes being the most of that Cell walls.

Onion cells are plant cells that are eukaryote. They have membrane bound organelles and a membrane bound nucleus for the genetic material. Like bacteria, plants have a cell wall.
