What is sliding and rolling friction plwaes explain it with diagram

As the names suggest, the friction which occurs when an object slides over another object, it is called sliding friction. When an object rolls on another body, it is called rolling friction. Rolling friction is much smaller than sliding friction when mass is same, as the surface area in contact is much smaller in rolling friction.
