HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

SOIL EROSION:
Soil erosion is the displacement of the upper layer of soil, one form of soil degradation. This natural process is caused by the dynamic activity of erosive agents, that is, water, ice, snow, air, plants, animals, and humans.

METHODS TO PREVENT ARE:
Vegetation: The simplest and most natural way to prevent erosion is through planting vegetation. Plants establish root systems, which stabilizes soil and prevents soil erosion. Geotextiles: Using geotextiles is an effective method because it also stabilizes soil.

Answer:

Soil Erosion :-

The removal of top most layer (which is very fertile and suitable for growing plants, it ha humus) is called soil erosion.

Soil erosion occurs as there is nothing to hold the soil. Occurs due to deforestation[deforestation means cutting down of trees, opposite of afforestation(planting trees)].

Ways To Prevent Soil Erosion :-

Afforestation : Planting more and more trees, so that the roots of the plants will hold the soil and prevent from being eroded.

Checking overgrazing of animals : have a look on animals so that they do not over gaze the field, which will prevent the field from being no plants.
