is when a solid (ice) is heated upand results in the solid (ice) turning into a liquid (water)

Solidification

is when a liquid (water) is cooled, it freezes and changes into a solid (ice)

Evaporation

is when a liquid (water) is heated, and changes from a liquid (water) to a gas (water vapor)
Condensation

is when a gas (water vapor) is cooled and changes to little droplets of liquid (water)

What happens to gas when heat is removed (or when it is cooled)

it turns to droplets of water (condensation)
