Space that we can see is mainly very very empty. If you ignore the galaxies and stars, then the rest of space is mainly a vacuum, so there's no particles at all. The particles that are there are mainlyhydrogen and helium, which form a plasma called the Intergalactic Medium.

Space is also usually known as the vacuum. It is "nothing". Well, it's because usually, we say there is literally nothing in outer space.
But that statement is not true. Space is Not Completely Empty.
There are always a few atoms present here and there. Usually Hydrogen and to some extent Helium.
There are also electromagnetic waves traveling through. Which means that there are Electric and Magnetic Fields Present.
Then there are also other elementary particles. Mainly Neutrinos. Neutrinos are the product of some radioactivity decay processes. Our own Sun emits billions and billions of neutrinos each second.
[Neutrinos are ghostly elementary particles that hardly interact with anything. But that is not our question here, so I would not go into further details]
Since Space is not any material thing, we cannot say what it is made of. It is just a concept of a region. Black Holes are interesting objects. Formally, we may define a Black Hole as
A region of spacetime with so strong gravitational field which not even light can escape.
Formation of Black Holes is also interesting:
Consider a Massive Star. The mass of the star has a strong gravity which tries to pull everything inside. But there is energy being released due to nuclear fusion, which provides an outward pressure.
This outward pressure balances the gravitational force until the star burns
But there comes a day when the Fusion Fuel does get over. There are no more Fusions, no more outward pressure, and now gravity starts to pull everything in.
If the Dying Star has a mass greater than the Chandrasekhar Limit, then the inward gravitational pull will compress everything into an infinitesimally small point called the Singularity.
This distorts the space-time around it in incredible ways. At the point of Singularity, the curvature of Space-Time becomes Infinite.
The mass that compressed into a point is now of a very small size. But its gravitational effects are far-reaching.
Light also bends to extreme proportions. The boundary around the Singularity, from where light just fails to escape is called the Event Horizon.
In other words, Event Horizon is the boundary of a Black Hole, within which if something has entered cannot escape.
There is an unsolved problem in Physics, called the No-Hair Conjecture, which states that any black hole consists of only three independent properties: Mass, Charge, and Angular Momentum.
This means that is two black holes have the same values for the three properties, then the two black holes are indistinguishable from each other. There is no proof to this theorem though.
A Black Hole also has strange effects on Time. Extreme proportions of Gravitational Time Dilations are observed at the boundary of a Black Hole. Time literally stops at the Singularity!
Overall, we can say that A Black Hole is made of whatever star collapsed to form it. All the mass is highly compressed. And we currently can have no information as to what were the properties of the star that formed it.
