yes there is a drug called speed (it is an amphetamine based substance) I’m not sure about increasing efficiency 10X but it will for SURE completely mess up your life. If you enjoy having messed up teeth, uncontrollable paranoia, bursts of aggression, hallucinations, prison, loss of life… then speed for sure is the drug for you.
