Spermatogenesis is the process in which spermatozoa are produced from male primordial germ cells by way of mitosis and meiosis. The initial cells in this pathway are called spermatogonia, which yield primary spermatocytes by mitosis.

Spermatogenesis

Explanation:

  • Spermatogenesis starts at the age of the time of life because of a big increase in the secretion of gonadotropin-releasing endocrine (GnRH). this can be a neural structure endocrine
  • The enlarged levels of GnRH then act at the anterior pituitary endocrine gland endocrine ductless gland and stimulate the secretion of 2 gonadotropins gonadotropic hormone (LH) and gonadotrophin (FSH).
  • Gonadotrophin acts at the Leydig cells and stimulates the synthesis and secretion of androgens.
  • Androgens, in turn, stimulate the method of gametogenesis.
  • The gonadotrophic hormone acts on the Sertoli cells and stimulates the secretion of some factors that facilitate the method of spermiogenesis.
