Hey mate! Here is your answer::

So ftom gujarat to arunachal pradesh their is a time log of two hours. Hence time along the standard median of india is 82.30 east. So it will be passing through mirzapur in utrar pradesh. And it is taken as indian standard meridian for whole country
Hope it may helps you

Yash0804: but the international convention says that longitudinal difference between two standard meridians should be a multiple of 7.5 degrees, so that time difference is always in half hours or full hours (7.5 deg * 4 min/deg = 30 minutes).
Yash0804: it's okay mate
Yash0804: what's that
Yash0804: i don't know anything about that
Yash0804: where
Yash0804: please tell me what does it mean
