A standard time of a region or a country is a time that has been choosed by local government or people rather than using time as per sun's location or other customs.e.g. as India's standard Time zone is 82.5°E but it has been criticized by people who used to live in North East region of India , because they facing difficulties because it gets dark early in the evening about 4-5 o'clock (sunsets early) .
that's why local could not go for their working place as per the time fixed by government.but hope that a good initiative will be taken by the government to make it easy or cooperative schedule for them to go out/and come for/from working places.especially Governments' employees facing such difficulties.
