Stereotyping is whenever one group's races or people together and passes judgment without even knowing them.

Over generalizations about features of a group solely based on their gender is known as gender stereotyping.

Two examples

a) Men are the backbone of a house

b) Women are not as good as men.

Such kind of stereotyping is not just hurtful but is wrong in nature.
