Stomata are microscopic openings on the surface of stems and leaves that help in exchange of gases like Carbon Dioxide and Oxygen for respiration as well as allow transpiration.

stomatas are Tony pores present on the leaves of a plant and helps them in gaseous exchange and get rid of excess of water.
they have two guard cells which regulates it's opening and closing.
