Stratosphere layer is the second major Atmospheric layer above the troposphere, extending an altitude from about 8 to 30 miles high. No weather occurs in Stratosphere. The Stratosphere contains over 15% of the total mass of the atmosphere, and is where the ozone layer ia is located.

Stratosphere is the second layer of the atmosphere on earth. It is between Troposphere and mesosphere.
This layer of the atmosphere has altitude up to 50 km. this layer contains about 20 % of the mass of the atmosphere.
The Ozone impacts this layer of the atmosphere. 
Temperatures rise as one moves upward through the stratosphere.


Note: We live in the troposphere or tropopause which is the lowest layer of the atmosphere.
