Explanation:

starch is the stored form of sugars in plants and is made up of a mixture of amylose and amylopectin (both polymers of glucose). plants are able to synthesize glucose, and the excess glucose, beyond the plant's immediate energy needs, is stored as starch in different plant parts, including roots and seeds.

Starch is a white, granular, organic chemical that is produced by all green plants.

Carbohydrates — fiber, starches and sugars — are essential food nutrients that your body turns into glucose to give you the energy to function. Complex carbs in fruits, vegetables and whole-grain products are less likely to spike blood sugar than simple carbs (sugars).

Glucose a simple sugar which is an important energy source in living organisms and is a component of many carbohydrates.
