Winter monsoon:
* blows during the month of November and April
* this blow from high pressure area on the land to the low pressure area on the sea
* bring little rain only to Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh coast.
* it does not have any branch.
* it is less powerful
* characterized by pleasant season with low temperature and clear Sky
