• Customized application software is a type of application software which is made to meet the specific need of the users.

• It is also known as "tailor-made software".

Below are some examples of customized application or tailor-made software :-

• Payroll system :- It is a type of customized application software which helps any organisation to manage salaries of the employees of that particular organisations. It is mostly used in schools, offices etc.

• Reservation system :- It is a type of customized application software which helps you to reserve your tickets for train or book your hotels, lodgings etc. online or offline.

• Attendance system :- It is a type of  customized application software which helps to chec the attendance of all persons or tracks their leaves, time of arrival or departure and many more.​ The best example here is our school, where we can get the information that when we ere absent or when we came late to school.

• Billing system :- This is a type of   customized application software ​which lists the items purchased and sum up all its amount and payments are proceeded then. Example is our market where we can get the bill which shows that which items we purchased and how much money it costs and by seeing the total amount we pay.
