Solution :-

Given

Average Temperature of week = 25

Sum of temperature of 6 days (exept Sunday) = 145

Now as we know that

Average of anything

 = \dfrac{\textsf{ Sum of all things}}{\textsf{No. if things }}

Let the temperature on Sunday be "x" then

Sum of temperature = 145 + x

No. of days = 7

Avg temperature = 25

Now putting it in the formula :-

 \rightarrow 25 = \dfrac{145 + x}{7}

  \rightarrow 25 \times 7 = 145 + x

 \rightarrow 145 + x = 175

 \rightarrow x = 175 - 145

 \rightarrow x = 30

So temperature on Sunday was 30

Answer:

Temperature on Sunday was 30°

Step-by-step explanation:

Given Problem:

What is temperature on Sunday if sum of temperature of other 6 days is 145 and average of week is 25.

Solution:

To Find:

Temperature of Sunday.

-----------

Method:

Given that:

Average Temperature of week = 25°

Sum of temperature of 6 days (Not inculding Sunday) = 145°

Formula of Average of anything:

\frac{Sum\ of \ all \ things.\ }{Number\ of \ things.}

Let the temperature of sunday is t now,

Sum of temperature = 145° + t

Average temperature = 25°

According to average formula:

=> 25 = \frac{145+t}{7(days\ of\ week)}

=>25*7 = 145° + t

=>145° +t = 175°

t = 175° - 145°

t = 30°

Therefore,

Temperature of sunday is 30°

Note:

"In Question there is some errors.You have not mention the units of temperature,But Temperature always measure in  centigrade(°C),°F  (Fahrenheit) and Kelvin scale (K).

The most commonly used scales are the Celsius scale.

So,I considred it as °C"
