what is the altitude corresponding to the side of length 8.5cm in a parallelogram whose area is 34cm²

To find its altitude

altitude be x,
a/q
8.5*x=34
x=34/8.5
x=4
hence , altitude is 4cm

34sq.cm = 8.5cm × Altitude 

34sq.cm / 8.5cm = Altitude
