Vector A= 2î + 2j
X axis= î

Dot product
(2î + 2j) . î
= 2

A.X= |A||X|cosθ
|A|= 2 root2
|X|= 1
Thus cosθ= 2/2root2
cosθ= 1/root2
Hence θ= 45°
