HLW MATE HERE IS YOUR CORRECT ANSWER...
At 9:30, the hour hand is exactly halfway between 9 and 10, and the minute hand is exactly at six.
We know that a circle has 360 degrees, so the angle between each number on a clock has to be divided by 12 (360/12), that gives 30.
So the angle between 9 and 10 is 30°. If the hour hand is halfway between these two, the angle formed between the hour hand and 9 is half of thirty degrees, which is fifteen degrees.
The angle between 6 and 9 is, of course, one quarter turn of a circle, which is 360 divided by 4, that is 90 degrees.
This gives us a total of 90+15= 105 degrees.
(Reflex angle of 255 degrees, in case you were wondering.)
