The minute hand of a clock makes one full rotation every 60 minutes. 20 minutes is 1/3 of 60& minutes, therefore& the angular displacement of the minute hand of clock in 20 minutes is 1/3 of 360 degrees.

Anguler Displacemrnt by a minute hand clock
==================================☆
Angular displacement = final Angle -initial Angle
Angle moved by and minute hand clock in 1 minutes.= 6 degree
so,
in 25 minutes = 25×6 degree
=150 degree
So, final angle = 150 degree
Initial angle will be zero ,Because it does not move any angle before starting.
Angular displacement = 150-0 degree
= 150 degree
