\frac{2^3^0 + 2^2^0  + 2^2^2}{2^3^1 + 2^3^0 - 2^2^9}  = \frac{1}{10}

LHS = \frac{2^3^0 + 2^2^0 + 2^2^}{2^3^1 + 2^3^0 - 2^2^9}

        = \frac{1024+ 1 + 4}{2^9(4 + 2 -1)}

        = \frac{1029}{512 * 5}

        = \frac{1029}{2560}

        ≠ \frac{1}{10}

        ≠ RHS
