a) The doctor advises not to sugar because the patient patient is suffering from diabetes mellitus in which the excess glucose cannot be converted by into glycogen because of the hyposecretion of insulin. So less sugar should be intake.
b) the swollen neck indicates the disease goitre which is caused due to deficiency of iodine because iodine is necessary for the thyroid gland to synthesize . Due to this the thyroid gland got swollen.
c) The appearance of secondary sexual character is due to the secretion of testesterone in male and and estrogen in female.
