Hypotenuse = 6 Units
Perpendicular = 2 Units
Base = ?
By applying Pythagoras Theorem, We get;
Hypotenuse ^2 = Base ^2 + Perpendicular ^2
=> (6)^2 = Base ^2 + (2)^2
=> 36 = Base ^2 + 4
=> 36 - 4 = Base ^2
=> Base = √32
=> B = √32
◆ So, the value of B is √32 ◆
