If more men work, it will take lesser time.

So, this is a case of inverse proportion. 
In case of inverse proportion, 
x₁ × y₁ = x₂ × y₂
10 × 30 = 15 × y₂
y₂ = 300/15
y₂ = 20.

So, 15 men take 20 days to do the same work.
