I believe only option C is incorrect. Because the decline is not gradual.
Options A, B and D are interconnected as all of them directly or indirectly state the usage of organic material which is nutrient specific. Crop yields increase gradually in cases where organic substances are used for cultivation. When the peak point of yields are achieved the yields donot go down as the soil replenish its nutrients by gradual decomposition of organic matter.
