Answer....

In the above figure we can see that there r two trapeziums.

Height of the first trapeziums=10cm

Parallel sides of the first trapezium = 20 cm and 30 cm

Area of trapezium=

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (sum \: of \: parallel \: sides) \times height \\  =  \frac{1}{2} \times (20 + 30) \times 10 \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 50 \times 10 \\  = 50 \times 5 \\  = 250 {cm}^{2}

Height of the second trapezium=10cm

Parallel sides of the trapezium=30cm and 5 cm

Area of trapezium=

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (sum \: of \: parallel \: sides) \times height \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times (30 + 5) \times 10 \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 35 \times 10 \\  = 35 \times 10 \\  = 175 {cm}^{2}

Area of the polygon=Area of first trapezium+Area of second trapezium

={250+175}cm^2

=425cm^2

Hope it helps u ✌️ ✌️
