crystallization is used to separate soluble or insoluble impurities in a solid , like separating impurities from copper sulphate and from sodium chloride (salt)
it is done by the following method
first we will dissolve the solid in water and heat it . we will make it a saturated solution and then we will leave it to cool down the decrease in temperature would cause the liquid to freeze and then we will get pure solids with impurities behind in the breaker or flask
