area of triangle =  \frac{1}{2} * base * height ,
   or,
s =  \frac{a + b + c}{2}<br />[tex]area = \sqrt{s (s-a)(s-b)(s-c)} [/tex]

It means that How much plane or How much place is covered by the Triangle.
There are two Formula to find the area of triangle:
1. 1/2(base×height)
2. √s×(s-a)×(s-b)×(s-c) in which 's' is the semi-perimeter i.e., half of perimeter of the triangle and a,b and c are sides of triangle.
