Explaination :

Let us ,

The three consecutive natural numbers be

 \sf \:  \red{x, x + 1}  \: and  \:\red{ x + 2}

The sum will be 219

According to the given question ,

 \rm \: x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 219

Now ,

 \rm \: ★ 3x + 3 = 219 \\ \rm  ★ 3x = 219 - 3 \\ \rm  ★ 3x = 216

 \rm \: ✠ \:  \:  \:  \:  x = \dfrac{216}{3}

x = 72

∴ 1st natural number → x

✠ 72

∴ 2nd natural number

 \sf  = x + 1 \\  \sf  =  72 + 1 \\ \sf  = 73

∴ 3rd natural number

 \sf = x + 2 \\  \sf =  72 + 2 \\ \sf =  74 \\
