"This is also termed as Arable land that is the hectares of land under a person as for cultivation.

While calculating or considering the scope and swap of arable land i.e., per capita cultivable land, the scale of consideration includes temporary crop fields or the ones used for double cropping.

For example, in crop rotation, pasture fields, temporary meadows, kitchen gardens, and commercial cultivation lands. Lands left empty and abandoned due to the trend and pattern of shifting cultivation is excluded from this count."
