hey dear
you have to take
some dry fruits , fruits + milk in morning
after that eat breakfast at certain time and in break fast there should not be any complex food..
then lunch ,
and then dinner you have to take all the nutrients in proper amount in lunch and dinner
also do some exercises and yoga also

4.in afternoon juice and rice ,green vegetarian.
