Nephrons are the microscopic basic filtration units of the kidney. A single nephron is made up of renal corpuscle and a renal tubule. In turn renal corpuscle is made up of glomerulus and Bowman's capsule.

Alveoli are tiny sacs within our lungs that allow oxygen and carbon dioxide to move between the lungs and blood stream. Alveoli is the filtration unit in lungs.

gudu098: bani it should be common in both
amangupta30072: There are no common filters in both
mrigank77396: Yeah it is cluster of very thin wall blood capillaries
