A good democratic government conforms the true principles of democracy. It implements the basic rules which are necessary for democracy. In which basic and fundamental rights must be given to the people irrespective to their caste, color and creed. for example they must be given the right to live freely, to practice their religion, right to education, right to vote, right to form associations etc. In which people have the autonomy to select their leader through the system of voting.
